BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan, who rushed to Bangalore after eight MLAs of Yedyurappa's camp handed over their resignations to the chief minister, met the BJP state president Eshwarappa to put an end to the politcal crisis. Pradan is also likely to meet the MLAs of Yedyurappa's camp to strike a compromise between the chief minister Sadananda Gowda and former chief minister Yedyurappa. It may be noted that Yedyurappa wanted panchayati raj minister Jagadish Shettar to replace the present chief mininster, Sadananda Gowda.
