Machoman Salman Khan had opted to the safe way while promoting his movies. In the promotions of his upcoming movie Ek Tha Tiger he had reportedly avoided the smaller cities and states that he has his own valid reasons to do so.
Asked about the reason he says that crowd control was not a problem but it is the women and kids in the promotions who would be at a loss. There are always men who try to take advantage of such situations. Senior citizens and innocent kids would be hurt in the stampedes too. He also cited that his promotions should not be the stage for such malpractices. "If someone gets injured, that's Ok but god forbid if someone dies in these mishaps, then the responsibility falls on us".
The 46- year old added that if a security guard tries to push someone to protect the celebrities, it would again be the centre of focus for media which is least required at this time.
Salman has now tured the Midas of Bollywood with every project he is uptaking becoming a golden hit. However, the humble star assigns all the credit to the people working behind him and that he was merely lucky to have such hard working people suppporting him.
He said Kabir Khan's script, direction, Aditya Chopra and Yash Chopra's creativity and money are the main reason that he believed in the success of the movie (Ek Tha Tiger). " I am going to be hugely benefited by the success of the Friday," added Salman.
Co starring with his ex-girlfriend Katrina, Salman would play a spy in Ek Tha Tiger directed by Kabir Khan. The movie is all set to hit the theatres on Aug 15.
